Contact Mapping
"LastActivityDate" must be set as a default field on your company and contact objects.
To update your fields, you must have API capabilities associated with your DealCloud user profile.

No Values, Overriding Values
If you select Do not write a value, no Grata data will be pulled into your CRM for that field.
Overriding Values
Toggle ON (blue)
Grata will override that value, including any previous values currently in that field.
Toggle OFF (gray)
Grata will not update the value in your CRM, unless it is empty/blank.
Editing Preferences
If you need to update your mapping in the future, go to the integration icon and select Edit your preferences and mappings.
