When you're in Grata, do you want to know if companies exist in your CRM?
To make the best use of the Show/Hide Companies in My CRM filter in Grata Search, make sure that this preference is toggled on. This will allow Grata to cross-check companies in your CRM with the companies in Grata to determine if that company already exists in your CRM.
Grata looks at the Company Domain and Website fields to determine if that company is already in your CRM.

After your initial company/contact selections, do you want your data to be updated automatically?
If you want to set up automatic sync, this option must be part of your current Grata contract.
Does not backfill data for any accounts and contacts that currently exist.
Moving forward, new accounts and contacts are automatically enriched with new data and updates from Grata.

If you want to backfill your current CRM data, this option must be part of your current Grata contract.
